The list of “undesirable organisations”: foreign and international organisations added to it on decisions of the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office (since 2015); the Ministry of Justice keeps the list. Such organisations are banned in Russia, and involvement with them is prosecuted under Art. 284.1 of the Criminal Code.
